Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card to confirm a site. Sites MAY be held without a credit card until 4 pm the day of arrival, dependent on availability.

A cancellation will be given to RV site customers until 4 pm local time the day prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time will result in a full night's rate being charged to the credit card on file for all confirmed reservations. All NO SHOWS will be charged the full rate.

Rental Units have a guaranteed rental and full payment is due unless the unit can be re-rented.

Any cancellations due to Covid 19 government closures on both sites and rental units are at no expense to our customers.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.
